Made-to-Order Production Process Each item produced by Mariana Méndez is manufactured exclusively on demand upon order confirmation and payment. Due to this fully handcrafted process, pieces may display subtle color nuances or minor variations compared to the images shown on the website. We consider this part of the unique value and charm of an artisanal product; the item you receive will never be identical to any other.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal As these goods are made to customer specifications and clearly personalized (made-to-order goods), and in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and EU regulations, returns, cancellations, or product exchanges are not accepted once the production process has begun, unless the item has suffered severe damage during transport.
Transport Damages and Incidents We pack and ship our handcrafted pieces with the utmost care and diligence to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged due to transport:

Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt.

Contact us immediately (within the first 24–48 hours of delivery) at customer.service@marianamendez.com, attaching photographs of the state of the product and its packaging.

We will evaluate the incident as quickly as possible to proceed with its repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
No merchandise returned to our workshop will be accepted without prior written confirmation and authorization from us.
